Meet with the Positivity group this month at SHS!

The Positivity group is open to all and is for positive poeple and their carers.

The group offers support to those who are newly diagnosed and need support with this life changing information and for people starting medication who feel they need further support.

The group meets at Summit House on 22 July, 6.15pm - 7.45pm.

We welcome anyone to join us.
