Our 'Have Your Say' volunteer is independent of Summit House and can therefore be a genuinely independent voice for service users who want to discuss our service delivery.

"I'm available on specific 'Have Your Say' days for you to talk about any ideas, suggestions, concerns or comments that you would like to make about the service you receive at Summit House. I am not here to offer counselling or support but to assist you in bringing your views and comments forward to be heard. My role as a volunteer is to offer an impartial and unbiased way of bringing your comments to the attention of the trustees of Summit House. I plan to sit in on all trustees meetings so your on-going ideas are always welcome.Summit House seeks your views throughout the year through various questionnaires. I can offer assistance to you in completing these questionnaires so that you can feel confident that your views are being heard."
